Session recap — what happened today

  1. Walked every product surface as a real learner (staging under real auth + local + flags-forced) → inventory: P0 honesty bugs (invisible dark-card text ×3, fabricated dimension scores, internal leaks incl. "[STUB — Lane D]", anonymous dead ends), P1 coherence issues (V6 unmerged, funnel tells 3 stories, home untruths, fake 68/100), P2 polish. Hidden product (Practice Arena, Playground, Memory) turned out better-designed than several shipped screens.
  2. Excavated the whole design estate → estate hub: brand deck · May mockups board ("B primary · A secondary" — never executed) · landing V1→V6 · launched site · July labs · Aug-5 Cinzel & Porcelain consolidation (newest synthesis, with receipts). One DNA throughout — reconciliation, not reinvention.
  3. Fixed your visibility problem: /staging deep-link map (the real issue was six unlinked routes, not flags — staging already had almost everything on).
  4. Closed the exposure: mockups board was public on the production domain → now behind Cloudflare Access. Then the full account audit: 34 public surfaces found, 28 browse-only ones gated (your flow board was public!), machine endpoints deliberately untouched → all URLs.
  5. Cleanup sweep: 4 dead workers deleted (bundles archived); 110wcp saved — it serves alimukadam.com.
  6. Dev rig off your Mac: dev.ainative.academy — VDS dev server behind Access, all flags on, no sign-in needed. Where polish work will be visible live.

Wave 2 is re-scoped to "landing direction review + build" instead of a blind V6 rebase.

  4. Wave 3 funnel work aligns to waitlist→beta (ruling 5) with the recalled beta plan.
